If the lady that works there with the short Curly hair and highlights was more helpful, it would gone a long way. My wife was trying to send some Gov documents and it had some requirements as we all know how that goes. You know the lady there, she's done this 1000 times by now from the other reviews but rather than helping she just said hurry up and figure it out we're about to close over and over. I guess next time we will drive all the way to Lakeland.

Nothing outstanding... same rude impatient clerks as any other post office i have been to.The expectation that the customer knows all the procedures and policies of the employees is absurd... they do not help the customer as you would think it would be policy... they do not even know the policies on poster 7 in thier own places of business.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The lady that works there with the short Curly hair and highlights is awful. She has no customer service skills at all. She is rude and Inconsiderate. If you were that miserable and hate your job that much, You should Not be doing some in customer service. The post office off Lakeland Hills Boulevard is very knowledgeable, very helpful, the staff are kind, and although it is a little bit more of a drive, I will definitely be taking my business there!

Horrible experience, i had clerk number 06 im not sure of her name but she has short hair with highlights. My encouter with her was the rudest, most condescending, and overall horrible experience i've ever had. She has racist tendencies to hispanics/latinos, i' ve seen her act this way to mutiple hispanics, and other people have been treated with pleasentry. I have been there many times and its always the same.
