Great selection and customer service at this store. They keep things organized and they are always readily available when needed. The fittings rooms are also kept clean, which is more than what other stores can say so I was very happy about that.
Overall kudos to this Ann Taylor

I had to make a decision on two work outfits for a conference on a one-shop visit! I am extremely glad I came to this store because the Manager, Zorangel Hernandez, gave me spot on suggestions when I was in between choices! Her recommendations were extremely useful and I was able to get my outfits sorted out in no time! 100% recommend getting Zorangel’s help when visiting this store!

I was trying to try on an item was, standing in the fitting room area and no one bothered to acknowledge me or ask me if I needed a fitting room. I made eye contact with 3 sales associates and even said hi, nobody said anything. Will definitely not be shopping here.

Had the most fantastic clothing store experience I've ever had at the Ann Taylor in Dadeland mall! I was helped by Maria, who was very attentive, helpful, and had lovely recommendations. Thanks to her, I've finally found *the* blazer for my job.

Bad service, many new people, most of them just walking aimlessly around store, many don’t know where things are nor try to ask other employees so they can help, no one assisting in dressing rooms, the employee checking out customers didn’t know how to run the cashier for returns and also did not speak english which is not ok for english speaking customers (the one customer in front of me had to repeat her info several times so the employee could understand, finally she just wrote it all down). So sad to see such bad service from Ann Taylor at this location.

I came to this Ann Taylor without every buying formal attire. I was super nervous and one of the workers Rhonda was absolutely the sweetest. She was so helpful and brought me all the sizes I needed as well as giving me tips on shoes and everything. I got a full outfit with shoes and she was so helpful with me, making sure I got the best quality. I felt so welcome and comfortable and left feeling confident in my outfit purchased! Thank you to Rhonda for being so helpful!
