I don't book at Best Westerns but took a chance with this one due it being Plus and because of the pics and reviews. It is really nice and clean. Friendly staff at the desk. Maria, the lady in charge of breakfast, was nice and tried to accommodate my diet but was unable to do it. I am thankful she thought enough to try.

From caring staff to very clean and tidy room it was a great visit made better with nice breakfast options, heated pool and outdoor lighting.

So at the beginning of the holiday we were really looking forward to our pool and the nightly swims, but unfortunately we were disappointed. A young man called Alexander asked us and many other bathers to leave the pool area at 9am sharp. The days before, however, we were kindly not asked to leave straight away because of our good community there. We would be happy if the pool times were more flexible and adjusted accordingly to the hotel guests :).

Amazing customer service by the whole staff. Miranda at the front desk was very courteous and professional. Very nice and clean rooms. We totally recommend it. We will definitely stay here again.

One of the elevators was not working and the other at times will break down

Nearby activities: Lots of places for shopping dining
Safety: Great and safe at any time
Walkability: Lots to see near by
Food & drinks: Great!

I have been using this hotel for many years. It's so much that I am dissatisfied with, that time would not permit.
1. Lack of towels
2. No diversity in the breakfast menu
3. The elevator not working properly and even stopped working at one point.
4. Customer service by the manager was wanting.
5. We were told that he, the manager, could no longer accommodate us with the collection of packages. And I quote, "this cannot continue".
6. He complained that the children were making noise.
We were embarrassed because we invited others to come to this hotel.
The staff were courteous and very helpful.
The pool was good.
The exercise room was good

We spent 15 days at Best Western Plus Kendall Hotel Y Suites good price and discount good rooms nice breakfast clean pool good service recommended for all people who come to have surgery at Nip Tuck Aesthetics just 3 minutes from there thanks for the service

Lacking customer service and this includes the manager, lack of basic amenities such as towels for the room and pool towels. Breakfast need to improve, a variety would be welcomed because it feels like the same thing everyday.... Only one elevator was working so a lengthy wait for the elevator.
Nearby activities: The location of this hotel is very good, closeby shopping like Old Navy, Best Buy, Famous Footwear and Claire's. Activities such as Kendall Ice Arena and Urban Air Trampaline

I stayed at this hotel and it was very affordable free breakfast. The staff was nice. A lot of places near. Clean room and this was my first time at the best western ever and I’m pleased. Thank you so much.

I really enjoyed my stay here but there were three things I really disliked The breakfast was horrendous The eggs were powdered the sausage was cold and flavorless but they had good bagels and they all kind of cereal coffee was not great. The shower did not have any kind of power behind it It was like dribbles to me anyway and the last thing I disliked was the fact that I had asked them to clean the headboard of my bed apparently something was smashed on it and blood was splattered on the headboard when I asked him to clean it no one came to the room to clean it so I had to eventually take a hand towel wash it full of soap and water and just clean it myself. It was not pleasant but the bed was very nice TV was small but it was okay The view was of the back of the hotel but I did get a nice view of the pool. This place is close to where my daughters live in Miami I guess I'll stay there again It was not an expensive stay although my daughter paid for it it's probably in the price range that I can afford. I added a picture of the bloody mess that I had to clean.

Walkability: Muchos lugares cerca para ir caminando: para comprar comida, ropa, herramientas también tiene el cine al cruzar la calle en realidad súper céntrico
Food & drinks: El hotel solo ofrece desayuno q está súper bueno y variado

Best hotel I’ve stayed at. To make it better Alan at guest services ( front desk) made sure my wife and I were accommodated our whole trip and treated us with the best customer service ever we want to thank best western and Alan for the great service. Thanks again!
