To BJ’s management. You are losing money by the thousands at this location everytime I come here for tires or propane there is never anyone at the desk and I always end up leaving after waiting 30to40 minutes for initial contact . People stay away from here go give your money else where

Quick tire service! I came in to change one tire and it took approx. 30-45 mins. Omar was very helpful - I believe he needs additional staff to take care of the reception area, so that he’s not overworked.

Every time I come I get horrible service. I have been sent home because they have no time for me.
Now I make another appointment and when I get here they can’t find me in the system. They blamed me for not asking who I spoke to.
My appt was at 12pm and they wanted me to wait until 4pm.
After refusing to wait until 4, they took my car.
Update: the tires were not able to be fixed and they suggested 2 new tires ($602.33) After purchasing them and trying to make an appointment (the earliest they have is 11am) I realized that I did not want to give them my business anymore. Asked for a refund and I will never return.

Overall, bj’s doesn’t hire enough people to make this a decent service. There was one guy handling the phone and a whole line of people for both propane and car services . Visibly handling it as best as he can , but he needs at least one more service member .
The guy here said he’d be able to get to me in a few minutes. After 30 minutes, I had to leave without the tire patch that comes with the tire warranty .
Overworked employees don’t breed a quality service. I hope BJ’s supplements the front desk .
Update: came for round two and there hasn’t been an attendant for 20 minutes. It’s lit (not really though).
Double update: he came around. The other technician was on lunch. This guy was the only person attending. He was helpful and did what he could . Appreciative of him. BJ’s, please do these people better

No customer service....2 people to do everything! From answer the phones, select the tires, installs them, pay ....terrible.

They are unpleasant, they didn't even let me talk, they just referred me to the web page and that's it, they didn't let me explain anything, very bad form, that's why they have such bad references

It's not Costco. It felt to me that the employees just did not want to be there. They were lethargic and somber with no sense of urgency to provide any help. I honestly felt sad and relieved when I left that store. I will never go there again. No stars

Bad BAd BAD the service is very poor, the people ignores you and says go the website. BJ is offering so low standard here that is so disappointing. Not even think about coming back here.

Purchased 4 new tires, the whole process was terrible ., they have the same employee (Omar)working phones, filling propane tanks, helping walk ins. You have to order on line for your tires, can’t ask questions because he is not there or doesn’t have time. Not to mention I had to go a second time because air was not filled properly. Air was coming out.Spoke to other customer who was there for the same reason . Honestly I don’t blame him, but management needs to look in to this. This is a safety issue.

Great experience. Brandon the service advisor was very helpful and communicative. They even called to let me know they were ahead of schedule and could move my appointment up! Would Defintley come back. Also, with your tire purchase you get free tire rotations which is nice.

Very Bad Customer Service. They have you on hold forever and never call you back to give you a update of your order. I had to drive to the store to see the status of my order because I couldn’t get attended by phone. I highly recommend not to come here.
