“Just stopped by to pick up my web order. The person at the counter was very nice, this young gentleman was incredibly helpful and found my package very soon. He offered to put it in a bag and got the one that best fit for my package of underwear. BTW Hollister men underwear is the best and more comfortable underwear that I ever have had, literally almost all my underwear is from this brand. They last forever and the fabric, the fit, and everything about them works for me.”
“Best experience I’ve had in any store so far! The manager, Antonella (sick name), was extremely helpful. I wasn’t sure what style would best fit me but she hand picked a few that she thought were good and she was on point! Even being busy reorganizing some displays she still went out of her way and looked IN THE BACK to find my specific size. I’ve honestly never had anyone, especially a manager, go out of their way to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. If I could give more than 5 stars I would, super great experience, will definitely be back and asking for her again!”

She was extremely helpful and had a great attitude. Around the time I went the store was very busy, and she still took the time to assist me in the accessory section. Which I more than appreciated.
