Not only does Levi’s website allow you to make an appointment to see a tailor at this dadeland location when they DO NOT HAVE any tailors working here; they also haven’t provided this location with a working phone so you’re never able to get a hold of any one that works here. Staff says they’ve submitted many tickets for a while now to fix both of these issues but corporate doesn’t. Stay away and don’t bother coming to this location for any repairs/tailoring work.

It's a nostalgic retro vibe that makes this store so pleasant. The clothes look like the stuff I wore in the seventies and loved it! Plus, you can customize your jeans with the buttons, labels and tags in whatever color you desire just to make it your own. Great idea! Excellent customer care as well.

Very modern and clean location. The staff was very helpful during Black Friday too. I am so glad they have opened a Levi's store in Dadeland mall it's so convenient.
