Store is great, but customer service is terrible if you have a particular issue. Great customer, have spent thousands of dollars at the store over the years. Needed to see if I could do an exchange on something I purchased some time back, and no one was really willing to help or find a solution. I spoke to 3 different employees, and each one explained a different store policy. In short, no one knew what the store policy really was and the store manager was less that helpful. Maybe if she were at least personable. She tries to be nice, but is not at all friendly.

Definitely understanding that high demand is coming, is when customer service must be most prepared and resilient to customers, without a doubt, Miami is a place where anything can come through your door, without manners and without tact, but what cannot be allowed is that the person who is in service and acting as a client, is the one who discriminates against you and worse yet, infers wrong things, I do not recognize myself as gay, I am a fair man and a gentleman, who does not find it difficult to help my girlfriend choose clothes, and have the patience that few men have to see what she needs to get dressed, when I am in the establishment waiting for my girlfriend in the dressing room, a woman, at least I consider that to be her gender distinction, looks at me the wrong way and tells her colleagues not to come in to try on women's clothes, when I let her know that I am looking for clothes for my girlfriend, assuming and making a person feel like something they are not, is the worst treatment, this goes for the lady in Petit blonde with short hair. Your way of treating people is unpleasant, respect them and respect yourself.

I recently visited the Loft store and had the pleasure of being helped by a wonderful young lady named Sofi. Sofi was incredibly friendly and went out of her way to assist me with my shopping. Her positive attitude made my experience enjoyable, and it reminded me of how nice it is when people genuinely care about providing great service. It truly made my day. Thank you for the exceptional service!

Beautiful store with very nice staff; very helpful and friendly. I mostly shop online and just go pick up in store. The store is located next to the food court, so parking is pretty easy.

I had the same “final sale” issue others in these reviews have had. Cynthia and Emily helped me. They told me I could not return or get a store credit. I had no idea what I bought was final sale. I frequently buy items, try them on at home, then return what doesn’t fit. It wasn’t made clear it was final sale when I bought it. It was on the receipt though. In tiny letters. But was not posted anywhere in the store as final sale. I called the 800# for the Loft. They recommended I go back to the store and talk to them. I did and after quite a hassle, they did give me store credit. I’ve been shopping in this store for many many years and never had an issue like this. I was told by Cynthia and Emily they were under new management now. So just a heads up. Be sure to ask if any of the items you are buying are “final sale” if you are considering returning them.

I shop there often, I like their clothes and jewelry. I always find nice pieces, I love their pants, they fit perfect on me.

Please be aware that you will not be informed at the register if the merchandise is final sale. The receipt will say that the merchandise is final sale but that will be after you already paid. No signs around the clothes racks and the register sign has the smallest print you can find. You will not get your money back, only and store credit so you will be forced to buy something from Loft. The manager was very rude and refused to give me her name ( very common attitude when you have and unprofessional no customer service experience 20 years old girl representing the company) Will never again buy anything from this store after I use my store credit. Worst experience.

Friendly staff, but it did seem thay they were enforcing rules on people walking ? around with masks as there were a couple of them that took off theirs masks and no one said anything
