She knew just what fragrance I was talking about and which cabinet it was locked in. She was friendly, honest and knowledgeable. Kudos to Macy for hiring this lady! What an asset!”

“Louise was extremely helpful. She is very knowledgeable about the various items in the store. My only complaint is that while she was assisting me Amanda rudely interrupted and told her to hurry so she could work cleaning. I felt a little slighted. But Louise finished my sale and I left satisfied with my purchase.”
