Had an appointment at 8 am for a simple tire rotation. Something that should have taken ten minutes took an hour. This place could care less about your time.
While waiting in the lobby and talking to other customers I found out they booked several appointments at 8.

George is always very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. He advises of things that require immediate attention and things that can wait for a future visit so I never feel pressured into getting work done.
