I had a deeply uncomfortable experience at this store today. While using the dressing room, I was shocked to encounter a man in the area. The changing rooms lack mirrors, forcing customers to step into the hallway to check their outfits, which already feels inconvenient. Moments before, I saw several women exiting with partial undergarments visible as they tried on clothes, as is common in dressing rooms. I later learned the dressing room was temporarily co-ed due to construction, but no staff informed me of this beforehand. The employee overseeing the area failed to communicate this critical change, which is unacceptable and a serious oversight regarding customer privacy and comfort. This experience highlights why many prefer online shopping, and it’s no wonder brick-and-mortar stores are struggling. I will not be returning to this location.

This location had old outdated garments in my opinion. The store smell bad and with items overstocked for the space of the store dificult to walk around with out given pass to another customer for the prices offered.

I have a wonderful good relationship with Nordstrom and I'm always excited to come into this shop. However after browsing I always feel baited and switched to TJ Maxx. Really none of this merch ever would have shown up at the flagship store.
