They gave me a foundation for Mother's Day that wasn't my skin tone. Since it was purchased at a Sephora within Kohls I had to return it to Kolhs, not the usual Sephora. The person who gave me the foundation paid for the gift with their credit card but in the Kohls system it came out as a Gift Card so the only option they gave me was a Kohls Gift Card. That is to say, I had to spend it with them. They also do not have the service of knowing what your skin tone is with the machine that is usually found in other Sephora. I do not recommend buying at a Sephora that is within Kolhs, depending on the salesperson they have different policies.

Please do not come to this Sephora, the worst customer service I received in my life. They gave me a gift card for my birthday and unfortunately I went to Kohls because the store was new and I thought I would find everything. They didn't have what I needed so I picked something for the moment and left. When I returned the purchase because I would go to another Sephora, it was terrible. The return is only for purchases at Kohls and not at other Sephora. I needed something from the OTHER Sephora and they didn't have it. Well, I accepted it and then they could only return 1 product since they gave me a perfume sample that I did NOT ask for for my birthday and without the perfume sample I couldn't return the rest. There was more to go, Terrible. Waste of time, Waste of money. Gift Loss

The best customer service experience I had at any of the Sephora stores. Sharon or Sherrie (Saturday 10/28/23 morning) was excellent. She was very nice with everyone and took her time helping me with the perfumes, etc.Keep up the good work! ?
