I want to extend my deepest thanks to Tiffany, the Assistant Store Manager at Windsor Store in Miami International Mall, for going above and beyond to support our family during a challenging time.
While waiting for my own mom to come out of surgery, I was also helping my daughter find her dream prom dress for this coming Saturday. We had originally purchased a beautiful dress from another Windsor location, but were unsure about the color. We bought it anyway, thinking we could return it if we found the same style in a better color elsewhere. Unfortunately, we later learned that the dress was non-refundable—something that hadn’t been clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
We reached out to Windsor's customer service team, who explained that it was up to the discretion of the local store manager whether any accommodation could be made. That’s when we met Tiffany at the Miami International Mall location.
Tiffany took the time to listen to our situation with care and empathy. She understood not only the confusion around the return policy but also the emotional weight of the moment. Thanks to her compassion and willingness to help, she processed a refund for the original dress—even though she didn’t have to—since we had already purchased the same dress in the color my daughter truly loved from her store.
Tiffany turned a stressful situation into a joyful one. Her kindness made a world of difference to a mom under pressure and helped make my daughter’s prom dreams come true.

“Excellent place to enjoy with the family. We didn't know how to skate and I fell several times and the guy at the rink was a great help. You must queue outside to buy, so if you bring the QR and registration in advance you avoid that time. You pay an affordable cost for the skates and the use of the rink so you can skate as long as you want. Wonderful place for children's and theme parties although a little expensive. I would take my girls again. At the time and on the weekend it was super full. But you could skate without problems”

“Has many stores in one place. One stop shop. Multiple levels. Has a michaels and best buy 1st floor. A massive Target above that. Third level has a sporting goods store. Also has a pet store, car rental, subway, many little businesses along the outside.”

The Shops at Lakeshore is filled with the cutest boutiques, carrying one of a kind, hard to find items. You can find the unique gift made by artists. There atmosphere is relaxed, the shops are original, the products are good quality, and the shop owners are really nice. My favorites are OmDaya Atelier and Golden Desire-they make their pieces in house and are happy to fulfill your request of a specially designed piece, all for very reasonable prices. Daya from Omdaya Atelier is a fantastic stylist, patient, has a great eye and is an amazing artist who can help you find and make the piece of clothing for a special occasion or just to make you look your best.
