For the attention of the world, they don't know how to work with public, they are not interested in selling phones without being deceptive and disrespectful, the worst store you can go to for your cell phone, their manager, a person dedicated to the employees, even if they are not right, there is no less than one star. It's a shame to give them O stars.

I have visited many T-mobiles throughout Florida to change my cover, change my phones, anything and I have never received better attention as in this store, honestly they are super trained and show concern for solving any problem, they explain the promotions to you , especially Chris M. (That's how incredible his attention helped me with my problem, he also gave me an excellent promotion and helped me with my account... I will not go to another store, I will do everything in this one from now on.I have visited many T-mobiles throughout Florida to change my covers, change my phones, anything and I have never received better service than in this store, they are honestly super trained and show concern to solve any problem, they explain the promotions, about everything Chris M. (This is on his card) how incredible his attention was, he helped me with my problem, he also gave me an excellent promotion and helped me with my account... I will not go to another store, I will do everything in this one from now on forward

Very dissapointed!!...There should be a ZERO stars simbol..Don't even deserve a 1 star...I went to this store with wife to bring to their attention her Samsung Galaxy Fold4 that just overnight developed a black stripe in the center crease where it folds. Coincidentaly we were talking to the store manager Caroline, she within one second she said that we had damaged it!!..without even trying to find out for details and without knowing that the internet is full of images and same identical problems and points to be a defective screen..from design...So we left the store and withing an hour I called the store and spoke to the "store manager" Caroline and I told her that I was expecting a more professional customer service attention..and she answered that I don't have to tell her how to do her job!?!?!?..This woman should NOT be a store manager nor talking to customers..she does not have any professional ethics and makes T-Mobile look really poor and discorouged to highlight customer relation and loyalty. Fortunatelly the problem was solved when I called customer service to make a formal complaint...

Lewis is the best T-Mobile rep.He hooked us up with 5G home internet and it has been working flawlessly.We previously had Comcast and then we had AT&t fiber but this wireless 5G is vastly better in our area. Zoom meetings are great. Microsoft meetings are great.There is no more choppiness or delays and buffering. Everything now works smoothly the way it is supposed to work.You would think that fiber optic premium service from AT&t would be better than wireless 5G but 5g has won the race for quality internet service.I always showed higher upload and download speeds with AT&t but the AT&t fiber service has major issues so The flaws do not show up in the speed test.But the service suffers with all practical Use, any streaming of videos or live video chats. It just falls down flat.I am very happy because T-Mobile has vastly better customer support and service then the pathetic AT&t and Comcast customer support.Hooray for T-Mobile. Congratulations for punching above your weight class.I have been using T-Mobile 5g home internet for approximately 2 weeks so this has been my experience to this point in time.Awesome!

Worst customer service I have ever had. The worker Chris has TERRIBLE customer service. You can tell all he wants is to screw people over and try to force unnecessary add ons. He tried to explain the difference to explain the cost of switching plans but he was being unclear and speaking very quickly in order to force the change of plan. When I asked him to explain again he seemed annoyed and said so whatever let’s just do it with your plan. I then mentioned weren’t you just trying to sell me the other plan? I just don’t understand. Gave me attitude and said ok I won’t help you and started walking away. What kind of treatment is that? I have experience in retail and clearly he needs classes in customer service. I saw right through him. Never coming back again to this location, Crossings has better customer service, I have told everyone about my terrible experience

Came here to upgrade my phone. Hannah took care of me, she took her time and went over all my options, made me laugh and she was not pushing a sale, on the contrary, she was honest.Ended up preordering an iPhone 15 Pro Max in white. Will definitely return.Thank you, Hannah!

Everyone was great except this "girl" AJ or Adri. Very disrespectful, made the whole process miserable and complicated, she is very negative and doesn't want to work. She shouldn't be working in customer service at all, she seems annoyed working there

I've been going to this store for years and the past 2 I've only had bad experiences, my dad suffered from cancer and they made me take him in a freaking wheelchair to give me authorization over the account because at that point he wasn't even able to make a phone call or even remember his "code" for the account. He passed away about a month and a half ago and ever since we've been trying to disconnect his line and every time we go it's a different excuse, first it was that "I didn't have authorization anymore, call customer service", then they said we had to call with the death certificate and to our surprise customer service said they we wrong on that, they HAVE to assist us IN STORE with the death certificate on hand, so basically we've been paying for a line we're not using and can't even make any changes to the account because they don't know what the heck they're doing, not to mention the extreme wait time even when there's no one in the store, beyond disappointed in the store staff and insensitivity overall, at this point I rather disconnect all the accounts and never deal with this company again.

Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior from Ivan, I came in to get my line switched over to my name. He did not want to help. I called back Tmobile and they asked to speak to him so they can explain the situation, when the lady kindly tried to explain how to fix the problem he answered “I can tell you’re new to Tmobile, you don’t know what you are talking about” when in fact HE didn’t know what he was talking about. I walked out of the store and the kind lady on the phone helped me switch over and activate my new account with in 10 minutes! This guy just wanted me to open a new account with a new number for commission purposes. He needs better training.

I had such a horrible experience with my father yesterday . He went to connect his phone and I guess since he did not speak English and he wasn't purchasing anything they did not want to help him ! Horrible customer service . I couldn't get the girls name . But from her to the manager no one helped . Disgusting ! If I could I would give them less stars !
