The purchase & installation was smooth, prompt & uneventful. Was so pleased I gave the young man a nice tip.
Just went to rotate tires (FREE service if you buy tires there). Made and appointment and my wait was minimal. During rotation, mechanic found a BOLT in a tire! It was repaired FREE; again big tip.
I’m a thrifty shopper & tried BJ’s because it had a Copper tire promotion, was conveniently located & I could set up an appointment. I’m happy with the sale, installation and the follow up service to rotate the tires AND BJ’s saw one tire was flat and fixed it…FOR FREE!

“Great deal for two tires, Oscar and Rafael were a pleasure to work with. i decided to opt out of tire alignment but they recommended i do it and i took a look at my old tires they were completely worn and uneven so they gave me a discount and great deal for the alignment. This family owned business is amazing! I'm from out of town and had a flat. Went in and was immediately taken care of. But that's not where it stopped. That's only where it began. Friendly, helpful and, most importantly, HONEST!
Turns out, some tool let the air out of my tire while I was staying at a hotel. No actual tire damage.
I was treated with urgency, they were overly helpful and honest, and I was on my way in minutes.

“I had an excellent experience here and cannot recommend them enough.
I brought my car in after noticing some noise while driving down to Miami following the installation of new tires. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond. They actually took the time to drive my car, inspect it, assess the issue, and they did not charge me for their time, which I greatly appreciated.
They explained that I would need new brake pads and brake discs. I was fully expecting the cost to be very high, especially in Miami, but the total came out to about $720, which I found very reasonable.
What truly set them apart was their professionalism and care. They told me my car would be ready by the next day, and they delivered exactly as promised. On top of that, they even washed my car, which was an unexpected and much-appreciated bonus.
The entire team was outstanding. The general manager, Davis, is incredibly caring and professional. I also met George, one of the mechanics, who was just as kind and friendly. Even the woman at the front desk was extremely sweet and courteous. Every single person I interacted with was a pleasure.
If you’re in the Miami area and need your car assessed or repaired, consider yourself blessed to have found this place. They’ve earned a loyal customer, and I highly recommend them without hesitation.”

“Excellent experience! I had an 8:00 AM appointment to have four new tires installed, and I arrived about 30 minutes early. Even though the store wasn't officially open yet, the staff welcomed me inside and let me wait comfortably in the lobby.
My appointment was only for the tire installation, but I asked if they could also squeeze in an oil change, and they had no problem taking care of that as well.
What really stood out was the customer service. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about helping customers. I noticed they treated every person who walked through the door with the same great attitude and respect.
It's refreshing to find a place that values its customers. I'll definitely be coming back for future maintenance and highly recommend this Tire Kingdom location!”

“We were so grateful that we received the spare as ordered. It was a weird order that this business and no others were able to fulfill without going to the dealership. However, the techs were not able to install the spare for me as promised. They made every effort within a short amount of time, but there was something about tension in the cable for the tire (it should sit in the under carriage) that they were afraid would snap. The spare is now sitting in the back of the car taking up unnecessary space. I did arrive 45 minutes before closing, but we have been overwhelmed with grief and tasks after my father’s passing here in Miami. No one called back later to say, “hey, now that we have more time, we’ve asked around, watched YouTube videos or something and can help with the install.” Not ideal as we can’t use the third row of seats until my husband travels here for the funeral to put the spare where it belongs.”
“I had never been there before and I was feeling desperate. I had purchased a new battery directly from Interstate 2 days earlier and it was dead. They cheerfully ran a diagnostic at no charge and told me the battery was defective. They didn’t try to sell me anything they were just happy to help. I will definitely give them a try next time I require service”
