The ease of using the UPS store, with multiple locations all over town, is my primary reason for coming here. it is very convenient to use their services for sending packages, returning Amazon purchases. Staff is pleasant and helpful.

This review is about the incredible customer service I got from Helen. She is an asset to that store and if you need help ask for Helen, she's amazing! My package arrived safe and sound, even though it was very delicate, she wrapped it up so well, and even included a thoughtful little note. ❤️

We drive by multiple UPS stores on our way to this store at 7742 N Kendall Dr. Despite that it is a busy location, the staff ARE ALWAYS friendly, courteous and consistently greet people with smiles. I will continue to visit this location.

I tried to return two packages with the same package that arrived and the person told me that I had to buy a box to put it inside. I don't understand why they want to sell me something I don't need, if I'm returning it just as it arrived.

Jose is a champ! When I walked in he was working in horrible conditions. It was about 100 degrees with no air conditioning, yet he was still as nice as he can be. He was courteous, helpful, and kind. UPS do better by this man! Fix the damn air!

Jose was very attentive, and had the best attitude despite the store not having a working AC and the temperature in there being intolerable after just being in there gor 20 min. Can’t imagine him having to be there more than 5 hrs. Give the man a raise

Today, at the UPS store at The Greenery Mall, I was greeted by Jose. I needed to return an Amazon package. It was packaged back in the original box that it came in from Amazon, but Jose denied it. Not only did he deny it, he denied it with arrogance in a very unprofessional manner. He obviously does not care about retaining business or getting new business into this location. His unprofessional behavior will force customers to seek a different location. Amazon is supposed to be partnering with UPS, so UPS is making money off of this partnership, but Jose does not represent a strong professional attitude in a customer service position. When I returned with the package boxed inside another box with a new shipping label, I noticed his arrogance and unprofessional attitude towards another customer in front of me. Whoever the owner is of this location, should be more selective in hiring and training their employees in customer service.
