No place to park. Unreasonable hours since there is no place to park because parking spaces are always full, hours should be extended.

In Town and Country, this Wells Fargo is fairly low key and its staff do not have the look of a bank in the middle of a Central American dictatorship. Its a place where you won't have hot flashes because the place looks just so far out to the right, they don't want anyone else in the space. This Wells you can mostly use without a lot of hassle. You'll get waited on by a female teller or hopefully even bank manager who is not some mafiosi looking fat guy in a suit as in some of these banks here in Miami.

Haven’t used the bank services inside but the fact that there’s no drive up ATM is inconvenient. They have two regular ATMs which are regularly out of order.

Horrible just horrible. I felt like I was hustled and told the wrong information. I made a claim with them about fraudulent transactions on 2/24/23 and I also noticed some fraudulent transactions that date back 3 months but they were small amounts. I was worried about the big $616.71 one that just happened. So I called. And they were helpful but told me since the old one happened passed 60 day that they can’t fix these and that now it’s my responsibility. That’s messed up. But you know what it’s all good. Because I’m not going to put up with horrible service. I have a personal account and a business account, and I’m moving it all from WF. I’ll make sure I don’t recommend them to no one. You were once good ( Wachovia bank ). BYE

Rude employee. Refused to help saying that he was too busy and he had a lot of confirmed appointments . Wouldn't even take my name down when I told him I'd be willing to wait.

The don’t take coin because they are lazy to count.. so if you have coins to change find a place where do have a counter because the BANK DON’T HAVE COIN COUNTER.. Incredible!!

Been banking here or years and I cannot remember a time when their customer service was so terribly bad. I have person, business and investment accounts with them and after this last experience I will be switching banks after 15 plus years.I walked in to switch over an account and was told that I needed to make an appointment even though there was not a single person in the lobby or anyone waiting. How ridiculous to force a customer to make an appointment and not service them when the opportunity presented itself.Closing my account ASAP, customer service appears to be long forgotten.

They don’t have enough people to provide adequate service. Wells Fargo’s service has been on the decline for some time now.

They deserve a 10-star rating. They're amazing. They always treat me like family and call me by my name. The manager Marilyn she is the best. You can see that all the employees in the bank are happy.

Great place and fast transaction. Brain met me and sent my wire transfer very quick and smooth. Did not take more than 10 - 15 Minutes.

Parking here is absolutely impossible. Highly advise you try another branch as this one is impossible to actually get to.

After waiting for 30 mins to be attended I was told that they were only taking customers with appointments. They didn’t have anyone at the door telling customers that, and there weren’t any signs posted either. Waste of time.

The hours of operations are wrong in Yelp. They have posted on there door that the Open at 9am.
