“I love the girls and boys working on the fitting rooms!!! All of them( no exception) are very kind and helpful, great attitude. I Would say about brand names items very scarcely nowadays! Some Vince items are sure, the rest haven't seen any!!! All this is my experience!!! Forget about finding good shoes (if you do the price is as if regular Nordstrom price) that's a thing of the past.”

“Great selection and customer service at this store. They keep things organized and they are always readily available when needed. The fittings rooms are also kept clean, which is more than what other stores can say so I was very happy about that. Overall kudos to this Ann Taylor”

“I recently visited the Loft store and had the pleasure of being helped by a wonderful young lady named Sofi. Sofi was incredibly friendly and went out of her way to assist me with my shopping. Her positive attitude made my experience enjoyable, and it reminded me of how nice it is when people genuinely care about providing great service. It truly made my day. Thank you for the exceptional service!”

“I was here to buy a certain Estee Lauder perfume that I like. The staff member was so excellent, I was inspired to write this review. Her name was Eva. She knew just what fragrance I was talking about and which cabinet it was locked in. She was friendly, honest and knowledgeable. Kudos to Macy for hiring this lady! What an asset!”
