“My favorite Dollar General. There’s a man who works there (he has a gravelly voice) that is the best for customer service. He will do whatever he can to make sure you get what you need. If it’s not on the shelf, he’ll search until he finds it. He makes sure you get all the discounts at checkout. He’s a gem of an employee and this store is lucky to have him.”

“This is a great dollar tree with a lot of stock! but the guy at the register with long hair is literally so miserable idk what’s wrong with him but he shouldn’t be in a position where he has to interact with customers, but a jobs a job i guess…”

“Love this store, you can find reasonably priced items, decorations for most except never any Black History products, EVER! Lots of school supplies or birthday products. Nothing ever regarding African Americans or a few other ethnicities.”

“I went there and I had a woman named Kamy I think her name was! She really was a lot of help to me just to find an item I was looking for. Then as I checked out I was taking an uber and ran to the car and dropped my bank card. She was so kind due to the fact she tried to catch my outside I saw her looking for me and when I called she verified she definitely will keep it safe and I just want to say thank you for being so kind and professional!! Always stocked at this store ! Good clearance And awesome good kind hard workers.”

“This Dollar tree is the cleanest and friendliest in the area that I've been to.. I went today and they help me with everything I was looking for even went into back to get what I needed.. with no problems so I'm not sure how people say there's rude people that work there.. today I spoke with Sean and Deidre.. and they were so helpful.”

3701 49th St N, St. Petersburg FL 33710
“They're getting a lot better products in there and I love it even though the employees in there really need to sharpen up but I'll still give it five stars because they're young and the place obviously has great prices and they're getting newer awesome stuff in there.”
-
3401 34th Ave N, St. Petersburg FL 33713
“This is my neighborhood store and I'm here at least 3 times a week sometimes. The staff has gotten to know me and my family and even recognize my son and his likes at local restaurants, because they're your neighbors too. They're also probably overworked and underpaid. If you're just stopping in and they're a little frazzled, please don't base your impression off one visit. I guarantee regular customers would say something different because they truly care.”

Dr Martin Luther King Jr, 1041, St. Petersburg FL 33705
“Clean always very polite workers in the afternoon and evenings some young men work always very helpful, professional. Their mother did a wonderful job always helping the ladies with their bags to the car since the carts can go out the door.”

“Every time I stop by this Dollar General, I leave impressed—not just by how clean and organized the store is, but by the store manager herself. She knows where everything is, helps customers without hesitation, and you can tell she truly cares about the store and her team. I’ve seen her restocking, answering questions, handling the register—sometimes all at once—and still doing it with a great attitude. She’s the kind of manager that makes people want to come back. Honestly, Dollar General would be smart to promote her—she’s clearly running things like a pro.”

“Not bad, but store was half empty. The shopping plaza its in look to be going out of business. Lots of stores closed or empty. But, since it's Dollar Tree, it's better than Dollar General.”
-
4901 Central Ave, St. Petersburg FL 33710
“Family Dollar is a quick stop to shop, bigger and more products than neighborhood mom & pop stores. But not endless aisles like department stores. Great sales and some oddities to be found, make a stop.”

-
5015 Gulfport Blvd S, St. Petersburg FL 33707
“I shop at this store daily and I have always been treated respectfully. I've seen customers act like children, while the employees stand by and take verbal abuse silently. A few times looked closer to blow, from disrespectful customers who have no class at all within their selves.Hats off to the employees at this store for the professional services they present to us respectful customers. If more stars were available,it would be 10....”

850-A 3rd Avenue South Webb Plaza, St. Petersburg FL 33701
“Best believe you can find anything you need in this family dollar. The family dollar on mlk legit sucks , I go to that one cause it’s right behind my house but I rather walk the extra 10 mins and come to this one !”
-
2301 34th St S, St. Petersburg FL 33711

“I’ve been coming to this particular DG for decades. The Reps are respectful and very helpful. I had a hard time getting the hang of digital couponing. I stopped trying because I would cause the lines to back up. People aren’t friendly if they have to wait an extra minute or two. However, a couple of Reps told me to continue trying. And if I need help from a Rep they don’t mind helping me regardless of an extra minute of wait time. So that’s exactly what I did. I’ve saved so much money thanks to those Reps. I wish I could remembered their names. The store is always clean. It smells fresh. Not like the odors that some people leave behind. I TRULY appreciate that the store doesn’t allow people to hang outside and beg for money. People don’t beg for quarters anymore. They literally beg for $2-$5. So GREAT job DG for keeping your customers feeling safe and content while shopping in your store!!!”

“I am a loyal and a daily regular to/at the location @ 94th Avenue North & 66th Street North. Everyone who works there, and everyone who shops there are downright friendly; and it's a rarity to not laugh with everyone in line and at the register. Ofcourse, prices are low. Some days, the line is long; but someone usually jumps right in to speed things up (unless they get a big shipment in; even still, they do jump in if things get to moving too slowly, but that's how it goes when it's not some bigass store).”

705 8th Ave SW, Largo FL 33770
“Great prices are to be expected and friendly employees are the norm. I shop here 3 times a week because I'm frugal, not cheap, I want the most for the leased amount of money, just frugal. And this store fulfills my wants! It's the best place to by cigarettes because no one is less expensive than this Family Dollar.”
