Visited this location today for the first time. Joey the owner is a delightful young man. Very helpful and accommodating. His assistant manager Emily is a spitfire. Very knowledgeable, nothing she couldn’t answer for me. Cash only location but atm on site and amazing family atmosphere. I can only assume by their chemistry that Joey and Emily are the most adorable couple I’ve seen.
I will be a returning customer over and over for all my shipping needs. You two are great!

I agree the place was horrible in the past HOWEVER I walked in today expecting the same & was pleasantly surprised. Windows did not have the homemade signs that made the place look tacky before even walking in but when you open the door you see 2 very personable woman who greeted me immediately. You could tell someone put in a LOT of work cleaning. I had need of a large Manila envelope to purchase & saw that the Aisles were not blocked with any unopened boxes of supples & saw an organized assortment of envelopes on a rack! Everything was orderly & no smell of cigarettes! Very pleased & would ask those giving bad reviews in past to give them another chance. Still only accepts cash but with fees card companies charge I can understand why this small PO has to with other costs like rental space etc.

there's a new kid in town! Well not really kids but two young women have replaced those who were here for years! They were bright and cheery this morning when I dropped off my package, a real change in atmosphere and no more smoking smell.

Do not go here, not even sure how this place is open. Only accepting cash and checks, it was very dirty and only one elderly person working. Save the hassle and go to a real post office!

Your priority packages are not insured up to $100. This station does not give you the necessary receipt you need to place a claim. Go to Mission Plaza in Largo when mailing insured parcels or Crossroad Post Office on 66th St and 13 Ave N

Zero stars if possible. Employee is clearly smoking cigarettes INSIDE the store, but was upset i brought in a 5lb dog so i could pay for a transaction.
I didn’t want my dog smelling like smoke anyhow but is it even legal for government c workers to smoke inside a government building??
Also cash or check only. No problem - I carry cash, but most people do not.
It’s like the lady who works there is actively trying to get the store closed.

Horrible. I came to drop off a package that needed to be returned. There was nobody inside. The person that was who was working was outside smoking! I asked for a receipt for my package and she said they don't give them! She said they get scanned at 5 when things are picked up. I am stuck hoping my return will make it . Horrible! I can't believe this is a USPS.
