I needed a drill bit for two different-sized wall anchors. I approached the counter and explained the situation to Carlos, who seemed irritated from the beginning.
He told me I needed a 7/32 bit for the smaller anchor and a 6/32 bit for the larger one, which didn’t make sense to me. I calmly pointed out that 6/32 is actually smaller than 7/32. Instead of explaining or clarifying, he threw the items on the counter and walked away without another word.
I was left standing there, confused and uncomfortable. The level of aggression felt completely unnecessary for such a simple interaction.
It’s really unfortunate to be treated like this — especially in a small island community where this store is one of the few options available. Other employees at this location have always been kind and helpful, and I want to acknowledge that. But this experience with Carlos made me feel disrespected and unwelcome.
I hope this review encourages more accountability. An apology would go a long way. As of now, it doesn’t feel good to return.

They are a total scam, everything at almost 1000% of the value compared to other places and if you tell them something about the prices they only say but it is here and they take advantage of that to abuse the prices.

It's a very well-known brand where you can find almost anything you need to get out of a bind without having to leave Key Biscayne. However, it's possible that you might not find certain very specific items or those with particular details, but you're sure to always find something to solve the problem in the meantime.
