My wife took off work early today to take my son to open a bank account - we were told that they do not take any appointments after 3:30pm. My son gets out of school at 3:30pm and my wife is a doctor, and the bankers told her to come back another day - they were too busy and unable to open an account. Are you kidding me????? What kind of customer service is this? We will never use Bank of America ever again - we've been using BOA for over 20 years. Going to take our business elsewhere.

Terrible! Their ATM would not dispense any cash, and this was on a Saturday morning! Talk about inconvenient.

Absolutely the worst banking experience i have ever had to deal with. the bank would be ok IF YOU COULD PARK ANYWHERE. Today i parked sticking out in a spot because a white range rover with black wheels was taking over 2 and a half spots. the parking administration threatened to boot my car and i asked him why he was not booting maybe 7 cars that were taking up multiple spots in the parking lot including the white range rover. I'm sure the car was either his or his friends because he just walked into the bank to talk to some employees and walked out. i have had this account open for a week and with the long line i have experienced every single time along with the parking nightmare has made me to decide to close my bank of america account AT ANOTHER LOCATION because i would probably have an aneurysm trying to park my car again and wait in line to close the account in key Biscayne. if your trying to get something done quickly or value your time THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO .

Dear Bank of America, For the 4 years (almost) that I have been working on this island, you've always been there for me to cash my checks, deposit money, withdraw money, help me when I've *gasp* overdrawn my account, replaced lost check cards, and reimbursed me when there was fraud on my account. All of this with your tellers providing stellar customer service with a smile. There's never a long wait and everyone is pleasant and patient (which is super important in a bank teller). You have even taken the time to review bank statements with me when I couldn't figure out a missing charge. For this exceptional service, I am grateful. I enjoy banking here because its just such a breeze. :) Thank you Bank of America in Key Biscayne. You should set the example for all the other BofAs... Kind Regards, SabrinaAnna* P.S.
