Well, I warmly greeted immediately & welcomed into the bike shop.. I was met with kindness & intention.. Said bike was sourced, & loaded into my vehicle w care..
While in the bike shop, returning clients were coming in.. They were welcomed w the same intention!

“Cool, retro looking bike shop I just discovered down the street from where I live.
I couldn’t get my bike pump to work and my tires were almost flat, so I stopped in to see if they could help me. An employee whose name escapes me, gladly used their stand up pump to fill my tires with air and I happily rode off into the sunset!

“This is a great local shop located in the heart of coconut grove. I mean Specialized is top notch. Abundant selection of amazing bicycles and accessories. I needed a new bike. (Wrecked my old one, story for another time) Couldn't make up my mind; road or gravel bike. Alex was really kind and helpful. Was quick to great me as I was browsing, thinking they were too busy to help me. I felt validated as a customer. He set me up for a test ride adjusted the seat for me, told me I could take a test ride in the little neighborhood behind the shop. That was awesome because I could really get a feel for both bikes, feed em a Lil speed and see how they responded. Most bike shops have you ride around a parking lot, kinda lame. Mike was outstanding as well, we got to really talk bikes and what kind of riding im doing. That helped me decide as well and made me aware of the 30 day check up/satisfaction policy which is really cool. Ultimately the Diverge gravel bike was right for me. What an amazing bike, pretty light for an aluminum gravel bike. The picures don't do the bike justice it looks much sweeter up close. It handles really well and has some pretty decent speed, very close to the Allez.”

“A great service and and easy accessable location in south beach! Wonderful friendly staff. Good valute for money. A great way to see the whole area and get a tan too!. Comfortable bikes, very new and easy to ride. We took a three hour rental which was perfect to go up and down the Miami Beach promenade. Easy to use. With bike locks given to use if you need to stop off. Absolutely recomended!”

“I visited the shop twice in two days while biking in Key Biscayne, the first time I stopped in & asked if he had any Garmin holder, he didn’t , so he gave me a plastic Garmin holder which he just happened to have & it worked great. The second time I visited I returned with a flat. He fixed it right away & I was on my way. Very friendly owner. They also rent bikes.”
