I loved my experience with Veronica! I was visiting from out of town for my sister’s
Wedding. She did my hair and makeup for an outdoor oceanside wedding and everything went so smooth and beautiful. She is so sweet and has so much experience. My 3 teenage daughters had their hair done by her staff and looked amazing. I wish I lived in Key Biscayne so I could come to the salon more often!!

First time customer and I am a resident of KB. Perhaps due to language barrier (I can’t speak Spanish) or it was a last minute appointment, the services received definitely felt overpriced and not attentive. The stylist coloring my hair had couple other customers at the same time. I waited for almost an hour for someone else to wash the color off my hair, which my head started to feel a little burning sensation. The lady who ended up washing and blow drying my hair was very nice and did a good job, nonetheless. The salon also seemed rather crowded and disorganized. My hair turned out fine, but this was certainly not the greatest experience and not worth revisiting unfortunately.
