1. I used a check to pay a repairman, and the branch refused to cash the check because their "new policy" is to not cash checks. 2. I tried calling Daniel Cespedes the branch manager but he will not return calls and their phone number 786-235-9248 will never ever connect to the branch. 3. After about wasting my time for about five more minutes I got connected to their "call center" where the person on the other side of the phone just wasted time in an effort to get me to hang up. Citibank used to be a good bank, but it has fallen to third tier and the Key Biscayne branch is at the bottom of the tier.
