I come in about 1:45 AM on a Saturday night because it's a 24 hour location. Walking around trying to find someone to help me to locate an item that i wasn't able to locate because I found only one of the items I needed. But after walking around for 10 minutes I decided to forget it there's no one in the store besides me and one other customer with no employees to be found. After I laid down my item to leave I see one employee lounging in a chair staring up at the ceiling not paying attention to anything. I said hello to him twice and he did not respond or even look in my direction. So I decided to leave, considering I could not find the other two items due to lack of customer service anyway. As I'm leaving I go outside and there's two employees sitting out smoking a cigarette in the parking lot ignoring the fact that there are customers in the store who may need to check out or maybe need assistance. I understand that it's slow and there's nothing going on but being in the service industry for 27+ years of my life as a manager I do know about quality of service. Absolutely no service whatsoever. And this is not the first time or I would not be writing A review like this. Even when the store is open and there are plenty of customers walking around actually getting an employee to pay attention to you that doesn't just default to saying "I don't know" is difficult. And if you do actually get their attention they usually have no idea where anything is 90% of the time. And one would think because its the Key Biscayne location where prices are higher and being the only game in town after hours you would think they would be paying attention especially on a Saturday night. Complete waste of my time getting dressed and leaving my house. I guess I will go to sleep without the item that I needed tonight and the two items I needed for tomorrow morning. I can always go to Winn-Dixie when they are open in the morning and at least there I will receive some kind of assistance if I cannot find the items.

Worst cvs I've ever been too. Staff is rude and not helpful. I'm trying to buy baby food that they can only get from behind the counter. I've been waiting for 10 minutes. They can't figure out which key they need to open the glass

Writing this review only to give a shoutout to Carlos. He listened to my needs... noticed I urgently needed to find plan b pill and helped me go find it. SUPER helpful, meanwhile other staff kept directing me in the wrong direction. Please keep carlos around, he is an excellent employee providing customer service the right way! was very thankful for him yesterday

Pray you're not a minority or they will follow you around like a crook. Staff was rude and short with us sarcastically asking every minute if we needed help.

I went to find milk. With this madness. Absolutely no helped. I asked for help in one of the aisles. They lady didn't even bother with my presence. This has never happened before. This location is very close to my work place, so it quite convenient for me. I will have to be quite desperate to return.

Two stars because of self checkout. The staff are rude. I asked about bathrooms, literally got an eye roll and a head toss in a direction. If you are looking for the bathrooms, they are in the back right corner of the store by the greeting cards. It is NOT labeled. You CAN see thru the little rectangle window a sign behind it for women's and Men's rooms. They are clean enough to use-ish. It's like using a national park porta potty bathroom, but with flushing toilets. The toilets are clean and the rest is...pick up some hand sanitizer before you leave. The carpet throughout the building is disgusting. We went to pick up some water (front left ) and they are restocking all over the store. I had to ask a worker lady to please excuse us so we could get thru. She stopped, looked me dead in the eyes, and and begrudgingly moved, eventually. We saw about 8 or 9 employees in our short visit. No one greeted us or even made eye contact to recognize that we even existed. Self checkout is the only saving grace. Several spots. I'd really avoid this location if you can help it.

Souvenir shop?? Who would have known! I asked the hotel where is the best place to grab some souvenirs and this is where they directed me. Seriously?!? This whole island and a CVS is the best place to get a memorable memento? But, they do have a pretty decent selection. Not that we found any other local options.

The staff will always assist with photos, a side affect of the poor technology used by cvs. Lines move quickly and checkout is acutely managed. Downfalls include the fact that they don't take Apple Pay and don't have stroller parking available which makes going here (for me) inconvenient. However, oddly, this location has three parking spots reserved for golf cart parking only.

I was ignored at the pharmacy for about 5 minutes and then I was told that my medication was going to take another 5 minutes to be ready. About 10 minutes later, I approached the staff again and my medication still wasn't ready. However, my doctor had called in the medication about 3 days prior. All and all, I found the customer service terrible and the staff was slow as usual.
