A delightful young woman named “Emy” helped me today at the Key Biscayne CVS. I don’t know how to use your photo printing equipment and she is an expert, fortunately for me. I was very happy with the prints she made as I was with her friendly, likeable and eager-to-please manner. She also helped me at checkout, again with a warm smile. Kudos to Emy!

Last night I was there and it’s very shameful to see how many spoiled kids and teens were messing up the shelves , screaming , throwing trash .. I feel sorry for the CVS employees… They have to ask them to leave .

Absolute trash customer service. Pre ordered some photos to print and the paper had run out. Had to do it twice cause the machine was not working (a full hour waiting) with a woman that had the worst attitude. Then had to pay again for the pictures and the manager Carlos had terrible attitude and would not help at all. No solution offered to their constant inconveniences. Would not recommend.
