BE AWARE FOR VACCINES HERE!!!My girlfriend got q flu shot because she is studying RN (Registered Nurse) so it was a requirement from school. The nurse practitioner who administered her vaccine (Samantha Band) caused her over 2 weeks of pain, she’s been taking medicine and we are currently deciding wether we go to the emergency room because she can not even sleep due to the pain. Isn’t this consider medical malpractice?

I had a Sirva (tendon injury) following my flue vaccine in CVS MinuteClinic. Terrible experience, I am currently still in pain after 3 weeks, with difficulty sleeping and moving my arm. I got this vaccine from the nurse practitioner Samantha Band. Terrible experience, I do not recommend!

Doctor Samantha Band at the CVS Minute Clinic is amazing! I was suffering from a really bad ear infection and she took me in and got me set up with antibiotics. I am so thankful that I was able to get an appointment so quickly. It would have been days and hours of waiting to see another doctor. I am so thankful for the service and the wonderful personality of Dr Band taking care of me. I am recommending her to all of my friends.

Doctor Denise, at Key Biscayne, is unaware of the proper treatment for stye eye. I went back to another Minute clinic days later to give them a second chance. Still another doctor saying to give it a few days. It took an eye specialist, a week later, to prescribe antibiotics and eye drops to see results in 48 hours.

(Translated by Google) There should be people who also speak Spanish or Portuguese so that patients who have difficulty in English and who speak those languages can understand the procedures. The service for the vaccination area is good, the area is clean and the waiting time is reasonable.(Original)Deberían haber personas que hablen también español o portugués para que pacientes que se les dificulta el inglés y hablen esos idiomas, puedan compreender los procedimientos. AVOID THIS CLINIC AT ALL COSTS. The nurses here rarely know what they are doing and they are ALWAYS running behind by at least 30 minutes. On top of that they are horrible communicators a Dan the NP is always rude - you can see the door open while they do nothing and make the patients wait.

The nurse practitioner at the Minute clinic in Key Biscayne is rude, arrogant and has no compassion. It is not the first time that I have gone there to seek treatment and the outcome with this lady has been the same. Do yourself a favor and don't go there.

Very busy clinic. I have had to come 4 times to get a specific blood draw. The first time I came was a later appointment and was told that they would be draw my blood but were not sure if the lab would come and pick it up. So I wasted 45mins waiting to see if they could get an answer from the lab. Why have an appointment available, if you didn't know if the lab was going to come pick it up. I came back two days later, waited an hour and got my blood draw finally. A couple days later I get a call that they lost my blood, to come back that Wednesday at "any time" to get it done. I come back on Wednesday, the gentlemen explains that he has no nurse to do a blood draw and that he is unable to do it. To come back on Friday... this is now a week and a half trying to get blood draw. I come back that Friday, I explain my situation and am given attitude. This minute clinic has given me the worst runaround. It's unfortunately the closest one to my house. If you are able to, please avoid this specific location.

The second pharmacist I spoke with on March 2nd in the afternoon. I was charged almost $200 on my visit that wasn’t in need of it and wasn’t taken to a professional level. I was charged for Strep Throat when I don’t have!! I went today early to Baptist Hospital and the Doctor read the minute clinic paperwork, heard of my response to it of that day. He was disappointed on the lack of care and professionalism that I didn’t get with not feeling well at all. I need to get refunded please! I was prescribed at minute clinic only Benadryl. Doctor told me I need serious antibiotics which he then provided me! My information on profile.

Came into to get three shots (non-covid related) and the whole process was pretty seamless. I was able to book an appointment for the same morning and drive up within the hour. Denise, the nurse who attended me, was very helpful, kind and professional. I’m not a fan of shots (who is) so I really appreciate a nurse whom can make me feel at ease. Thank you Denise, you’re the best! ?

Maybe good for adults but my terrible experience was with my 2 yr old daughter. I am a mother of three little girls and will never take them here until they grow up. I took my 2yr old into the clinic because she had an ear infection. Had recently started swimming classes, had fever the night before and was pulling on her ear a lot. It was a weekend so I wanted an antibiotic prescription without having to wait until Monday to go to her pediatrician. Unfortunately the dr at this clinic had no idea how to deal with toddlers. As my daughter was non-stop crying from a stranger trying to poke her ear, the dr just kept asking her ‘why are you so upset kiddo?’… my daughter did not get checked by dr yet she still billed me $99

My son had a cut on his knee that got infected so we thought bringing him to the Key Biscayne minute clinic would be a good idea...WRONG!!! We made an appointment...got there on time and met D Dixon who was as rude as rude could be! I asked if I could go in with my son ( he’s 18 I get it ) but her answer... “Absolutely not!” Saw him for 5mins gave him an antibiotic and that was it. No explanation, no keep an eye on it..NOTHING! Next day we’re in the ER because it was spreading! ER Doctor said we were lucky we brought him in when we did!!! Had Dixon said maybe you should go to the ER...something... never again!

Came here to get batteries. I was with my beautiful niece, I ended spoiling her. Getting her a couple of goodies. EOS chapsticks two different ones, and hand lotion from Creme peach-scented . Should have seen how happy she was. What a priceless moment.
