Property investment is not for everyone. From property maintenance, tenant screening, to all kinds of dealings with handymen, inspections, contractors, insurance; legal matters, HOA, etc... it used to be overwhelming, I agree with most people that property investment is not profitable and too much work!Maggie has changed all of that for me. It is in a very nice and safe area of Miami, with many restaurants, Pubs, on Miami Street and places to dance.
