Do not use the car wash. This is clearly a scam. When I arrived at the gas station, I filled up my gas tank and went inside to purchase a bottle of water after paying for my gas at the pump. I asked the attendant, a younger gentleman, if the car wash was open and he confirmed yes. He was polite and responsible.When I pulled up to the car wash, an older gentleman greeted me. He repeatedly screamed “no maquina” in my face. Was the credit card machine broke? Did the car wash machine break? Unclear, I clarified that I speak English and do not speak Spanish, he said that it is a hand wash. I said that was okay, and he said, “that will be $60.” I was surprised at the price given I was interested in a simple car wash for a small SUV. After, I went inside to confirm that the car wash was open. The older man came inside, spoke with the attendant in Spanish again, and the attendant said, “it will be a 2 hour wait.”There was no one at the gas station and no prices posted for the car wash, so I am left to believe that the car wash attendant sets the prices as he sees fit, is rude to customers, and works when he feels like it. This is unacceptable service, and I don't recommend it as a result.

No one speaks a word of English but these guys took one look at my car and gestured that it would be a while so I flipped them my keys and ubered back to the Ritz Carlton. When I returned my car wasn't quite what anyone would consider detailed, but my kids commented that it looked brand new so that a** good enough for me. With tip and tax it was $50. Steep, it it's Key Biscayne and you can chill at the beach while you wait.

Crooks . Advertise gas @ 3.97 and the pump charges you $4.50. They should be reported to to @FDAC for deceptive marketing and rigging the pumps and over charging consumers.
