hairstylists are the best and good ambiance, i was a bit late and lady in the phone gave me attitude instead of understanding. i understand i delayed people but the hairstylist was great and quick, i also didnt fully dry my hair to save time and when i left the lady at front gave me a look, besides that everything great.

I walked in with my daughter for a haircut in the middle of the afternoon. No one was at the front desk and while several employees walked back and forth from the front to the back, no one welcomed or acknowledged us. I was standing there for over 8 minutes before I walked out without anyone greeting us. They were not that busy and my daughter and I were the only ones waiting at the front. Went to the other hair salon next door (outside, upstairs on the left) and they were awesome!

This is by far the best salon in Key Biscayne! Great atmosphere, professional and friendly staff that cater to all your needs. All the hair stylist and manicurist are experienced, courteous and make you feel at home. You won't be disappointed if you decide to book an appointment with anyone on staff.
