Amazing rentals. This is a great place to stay when visiting the keys. Its has a neighborhood cabana club that has pool, food and fun.

Made a reservation that was confirmed by Casey. She calls me weeks later to tell me that they need to cancel my reservation and when I request a refund of my $500 deposit they kept $190 of my money saying it was for the insurance I purchased.First of all they are the ones that cancelled my reservation so they should be the ones that absorb any charges associated with the cancellation, not me.This company is rude and very unprofessional. Be very careful in dealing with them.

I vacation in Key Colony Beach every year to fish and lobster and have utilized Key Colony Beach Realty for years to book my reservations. They have a great variety of rental residences and the staff is very well versed on each property!! You have easy boating access to the Gulf or Atlantic sides of the Island of Marathon with Key Colony Beach having great access to US 1and all of your dining and shopping needs on the island.....Check them out!!

Great community, many different vacation timeshares and rentals with water access. Sunset beach is beautiful at sunset, but unfortunately other parts of the Key are in the way (off in the distance) so we never got to see the sun truly sink into the water, but that didn't stop us from getting some phenomenal sunset views and photos!

Didnt have much interaction with office staff but we rented a duplex on 4th Street for a week online and it couldn't have been better. The house was clean, beautifully decorated and had a few little perks we didn't expect they would supply. Will stay here again when in the area. Even saw 2 manatees in from our dock. Great area and quiet!

I didn't make it immediately obvious that I was going to buy something from them, so they hung up on me. I'm going to be visiting FL in 2018, definitely can't recommend these guys.

Not helpful. Today, sales lady only one on duty. Rental support staff not available. Sales lady offered no help at all. Went to another agency (American Caribbean) who was glad to help.
