Great room views, great beach. Basically like a motel, though. Room doors are open to the outside, which means any and every noise will flood into your room. People talking, kids screaming, police sirens, road traffic, all of it. Not quiet at all.

My husband and I came to spend a few days here whilst we were in the Keys celebrating our honeymoon, everything was going great until we got harassed by a VERY intoxicated couple on the beach. The couple had spent a lot of time at the tiki bar, and were very clearly over-served (obviously this is not an issue at this resort). My husband and I were minding our own business trying to enjoy some beach time and out of nowhere - this couple decided to give us the middle finger while standing at the bar as well as verbally harassing us. They claimed we had been making comments - we hadn’t, they had just been over served and were acting obnoxiously.
We soon cleared up our tab for the two drinks we had, no apologies from the bartender (he absolutely heard the commotion and didn’t even care) then we immediately went to find a manager. A supervisor came to talk to us, we let her know what happened and were told to “steer clear” and they would follow up with us after talking to the bartender to get info about this other couple. There were cameras in the tiki bar that would have caught the whole thing, but she told us she wasn’t able to check it. The next day came and no one even bothered to follow up with us . My husband had noted some very inappropriate behaviour from staff at bakers cay, but I am choosing not to state that here on a public google review.
I’m baffled how this behaviour is accepted at a place like this and why management couldn’t even care less about safety of other guests. For this reason alone, we will never be staying here again.

Sadly one cannot expect luxury anymore. Maybe in the past. From cockroaches, caterpillars in the bedroom and toxic smell of paint throughout the corridors which can be smelled in the room. Fortunately we ended changing room but next day that floor will get also paint. Unfortunately changing rooms becomes a bit stressfull. Overall the hotel is run down. One of the restaurants was closed so we ate at the beach restaurant. The cilantro rice was half cooked and half raw which got stuck on the teeth. Got twice the rice and the same thing.
Hope Hilton Bakers Cay can get back their glory days and get back a deserved 4 stars.
On the other side of things the location is beautiful and great views.
Food and drinks: Not luxury or gourmet.

Honestly. The place is awesome but what makes the place even better is Kish. If you go to Bakers Cay and don't meet Kish, you didn't go to Bakers Cay. From I walked in until I left... any problems I had or trouble or anything I asked Kish. The family feeling there's what I loved most about the place
Ainsley as well. I was just welcome there. Felt right at home honestly. 10/10. I'm coming back for sure ❤️

Construction waking us up, housekeeping coming at 8:30am, awful food, broken EV charger
Would firmly recommend going elsewhere

Do not I repeat DO NOT dock your boat here! The docks are inadequate and a huge liability.. save your vacation and the hassle stay at Playa Largo!!

Beautiful hotel! I would definitely come back though I do find 20% automatic service charge super excessive.

Baker's Cay is a dated resort located in the beautiful FL Keys. The hotel rooms smell of pesticide, the room doors provide little to no insulation to outdoor noise, and the property is in desperate need of a renovation. The only highlight was the food & beverage and services staff. Front desk does not meet the standard for a luxury resort.

Marvin at the beach bar went above and beyond, remembering orders, the names of my kids, coming to find us, when we settled down by beach front, etc. He took the experience to 5 star level. A special thank you to him.
Max who set us up with fishing in the morning got us going with vacation vibe first thing in the morning was awesome.
Overall great experience.

We had an amazing time here with teen/tween kids. Lots to do (great beaches, pools, activities, gym, paddle boards, fishing, etc), beautiful resort, service was great across the board (shout out to Max on the beach staff), and easy spot to stay put or to get to other adventures off resort. We will be back!
