“Center State is my favorite bank in Key Largo! I opened a HSA when another local bank discontinued them. Though it isn't a "big money" account, I was genuinely welcomed. Everyone who works here seems happy to be at work. They are pleasant and efficient. Instead of being told something cannot be done or acting like it is a hassle, they make it happen with a smile. I am considering moving all of my accounts here. Other banks could learn customer service from Center State.”

“Love this branch! Front desk tellers and bankers are busy but so very helpful. I rarely wait more than 5 mins to be seen. HOWEVER, THE BANK NEEDS TO MOVE THE SIGN TO THE ROAD. I have lived in the area for 6 years and pass this branch EVERY TIME. It is impossible to see (for new customers and visitors too) due to trees and distance from the highway .
