“Nash, staff at Avis in Key Largo, saved our trip ! We had a very difficult time with Enterprise and were provided with a huge truck, not what we were supposed to get. After 3 days of no success in getting a smaller vehicle, we went to Avis/Budget and Nash was so helpful, got us what we wanted right away and was very pleasant also. BTW: It seems like many places in KL are understaffed. Shout out for Nash for great work under difficult circumstances.”
“We forgot to get tolls added to our rental at the airport and ran a few tolls on the way down to the keys. The guy at the desk was able to back date the toll fees and give us a sunpass onto the car and also add another driver to the rental agreement. This guy is an absolute legend. I can't recommend him highly enough. Thank you sir for sorting us out. A highlight of our holiday, a Gentleman.”
