The store was great and the people polite and helpful. However, Xfinity’s records of our account were misrecorded and caused us to require a tech call to fix the problem. They should spend less time with complicating privacy programs and more on making it easier to use plain old TV. PFS

Honestly, I had never had a great experience with any utility company, but Comcast blew me away with their awesome customer service. I was disconnecting service due to moving, and the rep was helpful and went iut of her way to get me on thr road as quickly as possible.
