Pro: easy in and out. Good selection.
Cons: Rude employees. Stopped in 15 minutes prior to closing. Pricing was incorrect on a clearance item. Instead of attempting to fix the issue, cashier said they were closed and couldn’t fix the pricing. Attempted to cancel the sale and cashiers were incredibly rude to me and other patrons waiting to check out.

What a God of a place don’t go here employees pretend they don’t speak English so they don’t have to wait on you. I stopped one in the aisle and asked her to help me get something. She played like she didn’t understand me when I pointed to the item she said something in Spanish and ran literally ran away. The lady behind the counter was so busy putting things away. She could not wait on anybody or ring anybody out. I was on my way out the door when another young lady I saw asked her if she understood English. She said yes. You could see the frustration on her face as she helped meas her coworkers would not don’t go to this place.

I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Megan Magnant for her outstanding customer service and support during my recent visit to CVS. I was away on vacation and needed a prescription refill that required additional approval from both my nurse practitioner and insurance. Megan went above and beyond to assist me throughout the entire process.
She provided clear and helpful information, patiently guiding me through the steps needed to get my prescription filled. Despite the complications of being out of town, Megan’s professionalism and expertise were invaluable in ensuring that everything was sorted out. Thanks to her dedication, my prescription was ready for pickup the very next day.
Megan’s level of service truly made a difficult situation much easier, and I am grateful for her commitment to ensuring I received the care and support I needed while away from home. She is a true asset to CVS, and I deeply appreciate her exceptional service.

Although I had an appointment for kids we had to wait until pharmacist took care of everybody else who got there after us. No apologies, etc. I almost left because my son does not like shots and was getting anxious waiting there

I do not enjoy checking out myself and especially not enjoy the employee doing the self checkout for me. Doing it too fast and using perks and coupons without my consent as I might want to use them for other purchases. She may know how it is done and smuggly when the total is favorable however it would be an opportunity for me to learn how to do it myself, using the coupons I want and not all of them. I repeat a checkout person behind the counter is most desirable to me. I spent the time writing this now can't seem to share/post it. More time to get it done or not done.

I had the misfortune of being treated by the pharmacy manager, who was very rude, treated me with discrimination and in poor form.
My daughter who is 19 years old asked for her medicine and I asked for the medicine of my other daughter who is a minor and she told me with these words
"Next time, order everything at the same time" with a bad face and manner
I think they should remove her because she has neither the bearing nor the appearance of a boss.
For the record, I always go to that CVS and I have the best opinion of the girls who work there, they are excellent with everyone and that has never happened to me but unfortunately there is no place to stay if the person who served me is the manager

There are 3 people who speak Spanish, I called for an emergency for my mother for medicine and they hung up on me and did not connect me to any of the employees who were there. I had to go personally and see if they have personnel who speak perfectly Spanish and English, which we have arrived with how coldly thank you

Pharmacy employee at night couldn’t be nastier, the most unhelpful and arrogant man who could not tolerate having one more person just because he was upset to have someone 10 minutes before closing.Someone like that should not hold a job at a pharmacy where people go there to get medicine or need help with finding a medication.
