Very rude, especially Yosvani! Unfortunately it’s the only dollar tree we have in key largo and forced to go there but that guy is the absolute worst. He bags everything together not caring if he breaks your items, always flirting with another co worker. He treats the people thy only speak English so poorly. He will see that the line are long and will hide in the office. You can’t ask him anything cause he won’t answer or say it rudely. The female employee was at the door eating an ice cream cone and he was just looking at her amused. Very poor customer service especially in a tourist based community.

So many fun items at great prices. I was able to find all of my wrapping materials for my Christmas 🎄 gifts and so much more. Great stocking stuffers and stockings to out them in. Hostess gifts galore. But beware…the dollar tree is actually $1.25 not $1 anymore.

Worst customer service, the cashier was very rude

Good afternoon. On September 5, 2024, at approximately 11:02 a.m., I made a purchase at your Dollar Tree store. I tried to pay with my Revolut card, but the cashier informed me that the transaction was declined. I tried 5 different Revolut bank cards, but all were declined.
The total amount of the purchase was $26.50.
I paid for all the purchases in cash, amounting to $26.50, but after I left the store and was already on my way, I received a message from Revolut that $6.50 had also been charged to my card.
I consider this situation to be fraud, as I paid the full amount in cash, and an additional $6.50 was charged to my card. The cashier told me, after each attempt to pay with different cards, that all payments were declined.

On Sunday I stopped in for a few things on my way out of town. There was a line to checkout at one register but another light was on at another. But when I went over there no cashier was to be found. So I waited on line for over 20 minutes and when I got to the front of the line I noticed a pregnant woman speaking Spanish to the cashier standing at the end of the counter. I suggested to the cashier that they should turn the light at the register off because there is no one there. The pregnant woman then spoke her first word of English that it was her register. I guess I embarrassed her into taking customers. So sad I had to wait because the cashier didn't want to take customers delaying our trip

Has the worst checkout service. Has 3 lanes 95% of time only one open Leaving long line. rest of employees just standing around Talking to each other.No Bueno.

Nice store. Busiest place in town. Ice is 2$ a bag. 4$ elsewhere. Manager was very pleasant to talk to.
