I used Enterprise in Key Largo Florida and Michael was efficient and got me on my way with ease even though I had to drop the car in another location. I recommend Key Largo Enterprise!

Staff could be more attentive and polite. The guy I worked with was distant and not interested in helping me. Also there is no night drop here anymore. Had to drive to Marathon to do that.
But hey… all you really need is a car and most of that is done online or through an app. So overall, I’m glad it’s there but you should at least have a night drop option.

Absolutely the WORST experience I’ve ever had with a car rental company. From the moment we walked in, the guy at the counter had the worst attitude – completely rude, unhelpful, and acted like we were bothering him by even being there. Not once did anyone mention that pets weren’t allowed in the vehicle, and there were no clear signs or written notices about it either.
We returned the car and were shocked when they charged us extra just because there was some pet hair inside. They said they didn’t want to clean it and blamed us for something they NEVER informed us about. Total scam.
Do yourself a favor and rent from literally anyone else. I wouldn’t recommend Enterprise to my worst enemy after this disaster. Never again

super easy and fast to reserve and pick up rental economy car. Price was reasonable for one way drop off in Miami. Sales rep was professional and kind. Great experience.

They sold the car. I rented and told me that I couldn't get a challenger to that. I had already reserved because they sold it so now I can't get my son, like I was supposed to. Hands down the absolute worst service i've ever had at any car rental place, especially enterprise

I was very satisfied with my experience. Your team was able to help solve a problem and put my mind at ease for the remainder of my vacation. Initially, I arrived at the Miami Airport, and due to my own fault, hadn't realized my driver's License had expired on my birthday just a few days before. I was unable to rent a car. I eventually made my way to Key Largo through Uber. During the week, I was able to renew my driver License online and received a paper interim license....I had very serious doubts this would enable me to rent a car, but when I arrived at your location, the process was so smooth, easy, and your employees were incredibly friendly assuring me that I would be taken care of. It opened up options for the rest of my vacation, but more importantly gave me peace of mind for transportation back to Miami airport! I couldn't have had a better experience!
