“Went in a few weeks ago for a trade in and Oliver advised me on how to get a better deal for my phone, i.e waiting a few weeks for the next generation of the phone I was looking for to come out and also recommended a great repair guy for a few issues with the old phone. Went back in today and left 15 minutes later with a pre-order submitted and a prepaid shipping label for when the new phone arrives to send my old one back in. I ended up getting the next phone almost completely free due to the repairs their employee originally suggested, which I was happy to pay for for the deal I got. Daniel was very helpful and quick and Oliver answered a few questions I had, the other employees inside were also very nice. Overall great experience!”
