Sad to say but this is the best pharmacy in Key Largo. About half the time they are out of the most common drugs and it takes a couple of days to fill your prescription. Now they don't answer their phones when you ask to speak to a pharmacy tech.

The pharmacy team of Yordi, Andrea, Yadira and Nick, are exceptional. They are very caring and provide clear custom service. When I go to Publix it is always a joy to pick up my medication and receive such great care.
