As others have said, this is a horrible pharmacy with poor customer service. We waited for 30 minutes for a prescription to be filled, and checked several times to see the status. Finally, after the third inquiry, the pharmacist informed us it would take about 30 minutes. Why didn’t he tell us that from the beginning? He clearly saw us sitting there waiting the whole time.

If I could give the publix Deli in Key Largo zero stars I would but unfortunately that is not an option. It's unfathomable that no matter what time of the day it is you can't order a sub without them needing to walk away from the line to either cut something or walk across the kitchen to get something. Today I watch the attendant have to go to the slicer on back to back to back to back orders. It's not rocket science have your food prepped for the day. You obviously know the volume of customers you receive in a day. So why not prepare for it? The employees don't care about the line they are laughing and lackadaisical about everything. If there are more than 3 people in line you're better off driving to the publix in Islamorada.

I live here in Key Largo. I shop at this Publix all the time. The only complaint I have is, this is the second time I've needed to ask for assistance finding something. Both times the employee that I ask doesn't speak a word of English. It's really annoying. I know it's hard to find employees that want to work but, really! They need to figure this out.

Publix is my hometown grocer in NSB so I was so happy to see one of their locations so close to the campground where we are staying in Key Largo. The shelves were full in preparation for the 2022 Thanksgiving Holiday and although we travel pretty well stocked it never fails that there are a few last minute items that we need. Yes this is an older store and the exterior is showing some signs of wear and repairs are still underway from damage sustained after a recent storm, but the interior is just what I've come to expect from Publix, very clean and organized and staffed with some very friendly associates.I needed a 12 pack of Dos Equis, hickory chunks for the smoker (Greenwise chunks were almost $2.00 cheaper than the national brands), frozen yeast rolls and something to help with the turkey gravy since there are no dripping with smoked turkey. Well everything was easy to find except the rolls, they were all sold out so there will be another stop needed before Thanksgiving. Speaking of rolls I also needed a few rolls of quarters in case I come across more penny smashing machines while out exploring, the customer service counter was able to accommodate that request for me. This store is located at the end of the road with no additional exits so the traffic congestion can be a little challenging and the multiple crosswalks makes it a stop and stop and stop and go situation no matter which direction you are going, hell I had to stop to let two roosters cross the road, I have no idea what they thought was on the other side but I do know they jaywalked and was in no hurry, oh well the adventure continue...

I live Key Largo across the st from Publix, being a costumer for 10 years or more, i go everyweek few times and i spend like 4 to 5 hundred a week.I have a chihuahua 4 pound and she is an emotional support i never had a problem going there i have the ID and i put it in the cart with a small blanket. A new manager Ralph came to me with a bad attitud telling me i cant have he, i have an ID he even call the police so embarrassing for me. Hope you can do something i will call my lawyer to complaint. All the managers before never said anything to me. Hope you can get in touch with me before i call my lawyer. My wife is a veteran weboth have nerves problems. I hope i get an apology from him. All the emplyees felt really bad they all know me.Thanks.

I Iam a costumer in Publix for 10 yearsI spend more or less $500 weekly everybody knows me there. I have a small chihuahua 4 pounds, she is my emotional support pet, registered. I bring her all the time with the ID and blanket in the shopping cart. This new manager 33037 came to me with a nasty attitud that I cant have her in the cart. Manageres before even thank me for putting her in a blanket. My wife is a veterant and we both have mental problems, that is why she is an emotional support pet. When I told him he answer me with a bad attitud and didn't let me explain he wanted to me to leave the store in front of everybodyHe even call the police to me so embarrassing for me i was shaking so bad. He is name is Ralph, few employees told me they dont like his attitud. I will call my lawyer monday and see what he says. He need to apologize to me i am 69 years old, and a sick person with even heart problems.I need to speak to somebody and he needs to apologize to me to call the police.I will talk to my lawyer prettysure he will get in touch with youThanks

Very FUNNY ODD story... my husband was trying to find medicine in their health asle and one staff lady came over to help us, but was asking personal questions like which medicines we need, overhearing us decide between medicines and trying to recommend stuff to us. It was awkward because my husband was trying to buy gas relief medicine LMAO. She did make us feel uncomfortable because frankly he doesn't need to share his gas problem with the publix staff here lol. Owell it was a good long laugh when we left.

We are always greeted upon entering and thanked when leaving, the produce is always fresh, the bakery has the best desserts and the store is super clean. Thank you Publix!

Worst pharmacy ever ! Yesterday my health care provider prescribed me an antibiotic , she called to the pharmacy at 12:40 pm , the pharmacist told her that she is unable to get the prescription verbal order because she was very busy with 5 patients for COVID-19 vaccine , then she transferred to the answering machine to left a message ( get the order only take 2 min get patients name , DOB and prescription ). I went to the pharmacy at 1:10 pm , they told me that I did not have any prescription yet because they were unable to review the answering machine to get the prescription , they told me to wait 30 min because they have 2 patients to give COVID vaccine ,then I wait , I returned at 1:49 pm , they still did not checked the voicemail that asked to wait 30 more minutes ..... I told the “pharmacist “ that I need the medication because was an antibiotic ..... That’s incredible that people without humanity works in that’s place , I am a healthcare worker and my patients are my priority , therefore I can’t believe that receive the prescription and dispense the medication that only takes 10 minutes could be a nightmare in this pharmacy ...... Definitely I don’t recommend this pharmacy to anybody .....

I have read several negative reviews on Google about this pharmacy and, frankly, I have no clue where they stem from. I have had numerous prescriptions filled here over the last year and I have received nothing but superior service. Particularly, Deema (Pharmacist) and Melissa (Technician) are absolutely superb, over, and over, and over again! I understand how stressful and taxing their jobs can be and I give them credit for succeeding at a high level everyday.

I couldn't get over how well organized and fresh the vegetables were at Publix this evening, on 9/07/21. What a great job this kid is doing. I hope Management recognizes him.
