Super rude, I was confused about a policy, I asked some questions to understand it and left to go get some amazon returns, when I came back the woman is in the back complaining about me to her coworkers for the whole store to hear, super unprofessional

From the minute I walked in the door owner and staff were supper helpful and friendly. Owner even packaged my box for me if that doesn’t say they care about there customers I don’t know what does. 10/10 recommend

Called the store from the car the day before a holiday, where they would be closed all day. Just had an Amazon package to pick up and would be arriving at 6:01. Was told they will be closed, and would not allow me to pick up the package one minute after closing, the day before a holiday. Be careful, you are one red light away from being worth less as a customer than one minute of their time. Found out at 6:01 when I arrived, they actually closed for three days in observance. This means I will have gone back home prior to them reopening, never having received my package. 1 minute.

Would suggest going elsewhere to get anything notarized. Made a 2:00pm appointment to get something notarized in the morning(well before their lunch break) and when I went in at 2:00 I was told the woman who notarizes things left early for the day after her lunch break. At the very least they could have called me with the number provided to let me know she would be leaving.

The store’s listed hours for Christmas (Eve) are incorrect. Do not follow the store's listed hours. Their service hours are specific to holidays; they do not mention that they might be different on some days (holidays), therefore it appears someone put these hours in advance. The hours for Christmas Eve are open till 3, while Christmas Day is closed. They were closed when I visited on Christmas Eve at 1:20 p.m. I would suggest to the store to adjust the listed hours to state “Christmas Eve might affect these hours” like all other businesses. Unless the store will adhere to the specified hours.

The staff here are kind and friendly, even when the store is very busy. They helped me print records via email and worked on short notice to make sure I had everything needed.
