2 wasted trips. come up on Sunday to see a sign. Short on help closed. come up today on my break. Close for lunch. it's been impossible to do business at this store. they need to update their hours so people are not. Wasting trips

I am giving a one star, for one particular employee, this employee is rude and on two occasions going to this UPS she has had the same horrible attitude. Every time I walk in I pray she’s not in there so I do not have to deal with her. This individual worked there yesterday and made a comment when I dropped off Amazon packages, “if you had kept them in the bags, it would have saved me from bagging them”. I ignored the comment as I knew this was how she act from previous encounter. The time before I was in the store and listened to her say f••king d••k about 10 times regarding a customer that had left a package to be sent and left water in it and it leaked. Granted that is frustrating however to call a client that name in front of other customers is awful customer service. She really needs to change her demeanor and take a class on etiquette.

So frustrating. They require you to make an appointment to get something notarized. They said to come back 4-5 hours later. They claim the process is too burdensome to do without an appointment yet there was no one waiting in line and 2 people at the counter. While it might make their day more organized, it surely is an inconvenience to a business owner or customer who needs this service. I have gotten hundreds of documents notarized over the years, it takes 2 minutes. I won't be back.

My husband and I came into this UPS store at 2:50 PM on Sunday. The store closes at 3 o’clock. We had called ahead of time and asked if they would be open until 3 o’clock and it notified the owner of that location that we will be arriving at 2:50 and asked if the store would still be open. She replied that she would be open and to come on in.When we arrived, we had a couple of parcels that were ready to ship, and unfortunately one other parcel had spilled out onto the floor when it tipped over. I had to go through that order to make sure that all the pieces were there and accounted for and matched up to a return list by a vendor.When the owner was helping us, she frustrated and impatient the entire time. She hurriedly went over to her door and locked it and stepped over me and my return items two times. That was completely inappropriate. She should’ve asked me to move over, and I would’ve happily slid my items out of her way.She also made some faces and other body motions that were “nonverbals” that demonstrated her being very stressed out and unhappy with having to wait for us, her customers to give her our items.My husband was working with her on the items that were ready. There was no delay on our part other than probably two minutes.As she is the owner, and we are her customers, we expect excellent customer service, and patience and kindness, as well as professionalism. We did not receive this type of service.We took our remaining items and left the store. We will be taking these items elsewhere to be returned. We will not be using her services at this UPS store location again.

HORRIBLE management I went in because I lost my receipt with my tracking number and and they refused to go threw the process since they got lazy I called first before I even did the drive to key largo and the manager was impatient and extremely rude she hung up on me on the phone and I went in person and she refused to give me my tracking number which I called another ups and they said they have to have it in file i sent it out two weeks ago manager yelled in my face and harassed me with names

Store in Key Largo, Fl always delivered. Super nice and friendly and VERY helpful!I would highly recommend for all, copying and shipping needs plus overall business running needs.
