Alfredo Martinez was incredibly helpful in navigating a difficult problem with FedEx.
Word is he’s only in the Key Largo Walgreens temporarily, but we need to make him a permanent fixture!

I was visiting Key Largo and needed to get a couple of items for a wedding I was unable to find them on my own and I had Maria notice my frustration And asked to help immediately. She found all the items that I needed. She was friendly and kind and even offered to check me out. The customer service was amazing and there need to be more individuals like her.

Worse walgreens by far, I sent someone in to upload my capital one, and they refused to do the transaction... they didn't even try.. the lack of employee knowledge is unfounded.. they all need to be retrained in products that the store offers... you can absolutely upload capital one banks accounts here. This was an absolute emergency.. and they told him to leave or they would call the police.... from now on, I'm going to cvs.. I'll never use walgreens again. EVER

Getting to speak to a pharmacist over the phone is impossible. When you call they'll repeatedly put you on hold after waiting over 30 40 min. and they will eventually hang up the call over and over again. After years of getting my meds with Walgreens pharmacy im done with Walgreens. I had to get some meds from cvs for my parents and when I called they answered all my questions within a minute.

Pharmacy is getting worse. Switching to Publix. Last 2 prescriptions took over 3 hours to fill an urgent care prescription. Pharmacy put me on hold twice then disconnected me. Just want to confirm they received it after 2 hours. Walgreens closes pharmacy every day for lunch 1:30-2pm. No calls , no pick ups. Nothing. CVS and Publix have better hours and does not close for lunch. Suggest get the app.
