After waiting 2 weeks for the guy to line up my Buick wheels, he worked and worked & before he started he said it may take a bit longer {he didn't say he was going to charge me by the hour} The lady with the raspy voice told me back 2 weeks that it would be $140.00. He test drove.. then again and again,, worked,,, and at the end he told me he used the 2 cam bolts that I gave him to use & he used both on one side telling me he had "Never" did that before,,, "WOW that made me feel good " said if I hit a pot hole that it may all come undone,, "danger" . He told me to get more cam bolts & he would "TRY " to make it right,,, then wanted $200.00 plus for a job that he didn't finish ! Danger driving not & "liable for this shotty work can be bad ! " Also,, he broke my hub cap ;-( I was told to contact "Better Business Bureau " . I want my money BACK ! Stay away from these people ! ... Now Saturday 7-20-24... No Response from this guy after he said send email.. no surprise there .. of these people, ,,, not happy .. more Options request coming . as of 7-22-24.. no help from these people ..
This guy should try to deliver pizzas.. put " 2 Cam bolts" on one side .. "DANGER !! " .. In Florida, each repair shop must register with the State of Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. We will see ...

Had an accident. Tow truck came,
And help with my bags and dog.
Later called the driver and asked if we could meet to get the rest of my belongings. He said he would and this being on a Sunday impressed me.

After a long drive to the keys, we finally arrived, and our car started making a weird noise! I was so stressed because we don't live anywhere near here! We found Wheaton's on Google, and I feel so grateful that it happened then and there because the staff at Wheaton's was so honest and were able to help so quickly. We dropped off the car that afternoon and they had it finished by 9:00 am the next morning!! Jay, William, and Jason were wonderful; the whole experience was so nice, easy, and honest. THANK YOU!

We had SUCH GREAT SERVICE at Wheaton's! Our truck broke down 20 minutes from seeing our new vacation home for the first time. Wheaton's hooked us up with a Jasper transmission in a timely fashion and it has been running great ever since!
We also had some other unfortunate things happen with the truck and Jay, the service manager, made sure everything was taken care of in the proper way and in a timely fashion. We are very happy with the service Jay and the rest of the crew have provided us! We highly recommend them and will definitely be back for all of our future car repairs. Nice to find good, honest mechanics in our new neighborhood:)

We had car issues on our trip to the keys. At our stay in Key Largo, we brought our car to Wheatons. This was the best vacation salvation we could’ve asked for. One day the car was done.Kristina Couldn’t have been more helpful, enthusiastic and extremely knowledgeable. We couldn’t have done this without her given us a hand. Thank you, Wheatons And I hope I never see you again. But if I have Car trouble, We will be there in a heartbeat!

I have been a customer of Wheaton’s for a year now.
Kristina, my initial contact in the office helped me learn the intricacies of low radius tires before ordering all new tires last year. I will always appreciate and remember her patience, kindnesses and happy smiles.
Recently, my failing right rear caliper, was diagnosed faulty and Jay quickly placed an urgent order & new parts were delivered. Tyler worked quickly to install the new caliper only to find the part itself defective.
Following two successive deliveries of ill-fated parts, Tyler made a final successful installation of yet another caliper sent from Mazda in California. Although the part from the dealer arrived missing some kit pieces; Wheaton’s team persistence to make things right resulted in a great fix. Jay again jumped into action procuring missing clips within the hour for Tyler to perform his magic. The finished product is truly perfect.
I appreciate Wheaton’s entire team, their attention to detail, your kindness and patience throughout both repairs and service appointments. You were gracious, precise and careful in your preparation and final installation. You exceeded all my expectations.”

I'm not happy. The quote I was given for front and rear brake pads was $150 dollars off. They said they thought I was only having one set done. I even repeated the quote to the person who took my keys when I got there, so no one can tell me different.
Then, as I was leaving today, after I told them I wasn't happy, I was told in the parking lot, that I wasn't charged the usual $175 dollars for bringing in my own parts. That's good b/c I was never previously told about that possibility either. Will I go there again? Not likely.
