As a long-term resident of Key West, Florida, I have received consistently superior service from the employees at Strunk Ace Hardware on Eaton Street. The employees in each area of the store are always happy to help customers and are technically astute concerning their products. There is a wide variety of products from specialty screws to barbecue grills, building materials, paints, etc., all at reasonable prices.
Recently I came into the store looking for a utility cart with certain dimensions. Chris was kind enough to help me look it up on line, ordered the cart, and a few days later the cart was put together and waiting for me.
So, when you are looking for something for your house or yard,
don't run all over town. Go to Strunk Ace Hardware first! You'll be happy!

I decided to edit my rating as I realized that it isn't the stores fault that my Yeti cap stripped out and I should reach out to the company. Unfortunately I figured being Yeti i didn't need to register it and I should have.
I appreciate that this Ace replied and was willing to see what they could do. Ultimately I just bought a replacement cap though it was an unforseen expensive after just paying almost $50 two weeks prior.
I will still complain to Yeti as maybe it's time for a design change.

Came here to buy an $8 waterproof hard-shell box instead of spending $86 (!!!!) on one at any of the souvenir stores. Glad they had it in stock, and the woman I asked for help locating it brought me right to it (I never would've found it). Nice staff all around.

Those little things you can’t find in homedepot… They have here!!! They have all type of screws to make your projects and/or fix anything. Never disappointed, amazing prices, very friendly staff.

The customer service is exceptional and the inventory is terrific! Reasonable pricing is a plus. The nuts, bolts and screw department at the back of the store has every size and material/finish you could possibly need; they will find it for you! Highly recommended!

It's got all the hardware,painting ,home improvement things ,that one might need in a pinch conveniently located in old Town where you would need it to be.
