“Daniella is our new office manager and I give her all the credit. People who live here don't always appreciate what the manager and the maintenance men do on a daily basis. I do. I recognize their hard work and I appreciate them.”

“I felt hopeless at first but now I have come to learn this group of people truly do care,. Listen to your complaints and hear you out. You will not go unheard. They are doing their absolute best to help each and every family coming in. The people I have spoken with answered every question and made me understand more about the housing crises. It can be frustrating but you WILL be taken care of.”

“I lived here for two years before moving to base housing and I really liked it. It was my first home in key west and there are a lot of rent specials and low security deposit which is helpful when moving down here. Stefanie and Dylan always helped me and did what they could to make it better and stress free. We had a unit on the south wing and it’s a beautiful view of the island with amazing sunset views.”
