The team consistently went above and beyond, providing detailed written estimates and thoroughly documenting every step of the repair process. What truly set them apart was their handling of the logistics. They managed all communications with the insurance company, leaving me with absolutely nothing to worry about. A special shout-out to Liz, the office manager, who is an absolute treasure! She welcomes you in and treats you like a friend throughout the entire process. “Absolutely incredible experience at Quality yesterday. We had an alternator emergency while on vacation over Labor Day Weekend. I'm a teacher in Orlando, so I needed to get home by today. Jaime suggested we have it towed to his shop and was able to get all the parts and get it fixed, even though he was a bit short-handed. He even finished it an hour earlier than expected. We successfully made it home! While I was waiting, I witnessed Jaime and another mechanic speaking to a man about a nail in his tire. They said they could do the repair, but it would be best if he take his car to a tire location because of the nature of the damage. Professionally putting customers first. Definitely use Quality for yoir automotive needs!”
