Thank you David D!!! After another associate tried to help me, but recommended an item that doesn't work for my car. But she did ask David D to verify. David D, knew immediately those wouldn't work and why. And then he showed me the correct wipers, then he installed them for me without me even asking! Very friendly and knowledgeable man. He also offered if I need anything else for my car, to come see him and he'll take care of me. Wow!!! This is customer service!!!
As an older woman not from here I'm very appreciative for David taking care of me.

I purchased my car from a friend a couple years ago swapped out the battery bought a gold rated duralast battery that has a three-year warranty apparently it was not linked to my account which voided the warranty. Everything is made cheap now and they’ll do anything to get out of replacing it. The tag on the battery clearly states it was bought in 23 the year 25 there’s a three-year warranty just because it’s not linked to account. They get to screw me out of 200 bucks.Customer service was terrible. Thanks for nothing.

Orders a part for my car and was told it would be in the store in a few days. I called back 5 days later and was told it was not there. No big deal can we please order the part and was informed at that moment they could not order until I came in to pay for it. I explained I live 45 minutes away and then was hung up on and they would not answer my return call. Ended up paying 35 dollars more from Napa. But hey you have to pay a little for customer satisfaction. I would not recommend this AutoZone for any thing. 20 years as an auto tech/shop manager and was never treated likely this.

I ordered 5qt of oil and oil filter online.
They text me the next morning and said it was ready for pickup.
Went by and picked it up and went home to change my oil.
After I drained the oil and was about to put the oil filter on I realized they gave me the wrong oil filter? They gave me one that fit but was not the extended life xl filter I purchased they gave me the cheap version. So I had to use it .
But don't understand why they would give me the wrong chaper filter? Instead of the 1 I purchased. Would not have bought cheap filter or package and want be back.

I was in trouble with my 2014 Impala as the charging system light came on. Stopped by just after closing so left to return the next day. My car died at the light and was completely dead. Some rude folks honked and said some unkind words as I had four family members with me. I walked back to Auto and knocked. The nice gentleman (And I Mean Gentleman) working let me in sold me a battery and let me use tools to change the battery. He even came out with his car parked behind us and let us finish. Once the battery was in the car started up. I tried to tip him but he refused graciously. I always told my kids when it seems awful sometimes an angel shows. Key west locals be proud to have such folks in the community. Been going down to the keys since 1988 and must say he is one of the best. If you around and want to meet someone good stop by Auto Zone and say hey to the man named

We came due to our car stalling when starting hoping to get the battery checked. Dave helped us out and was able to educate us so much on why the battery wasn’t working and the best replacement for it. He even installed it while teaching us a few more things. So thankful for him and it took all of 15 minutes from start to finish.

I had an excellent experience at AutoZone in Key West. I want to give a special thank you to Isbel Portes, the manager, for her professionalism and for always making sure customers are well taken care of. Her leadership is clearly reflected in the way the whole store operates.
Also, huge thanks to Odalis for her friendly attitude and helpful service. She went above and beyond to assist me and made the whole process smooth and easy.
Highly recommend this location — great staff, great service!

I never leave reviews but I had to for this experience.
As a woman who knows nothing about my vehicle or how to take care of it, walking into a place like AutoZone can be a bit daunting. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a gentleman named Yuri. He was very friendly and able to help me get exactly what I needed without trying to confuse me or upsell me. He even let me know about a promotion they were offering that saved me some money. I will 100% be coming back to this location. Anytime I need help with my vehicle.. Thank you Yuri!

Just wanted to give thanks to Yurisan Caridad & actually The Entire Crew at Auto Zone of Key West. The whole crew was friendly & beyond helpful when my friend & I had a day of errands planned that’s turned terrible when the dummy lights came on. We pulled into Auto Zone & it was the thermostat & a cracked housing. They advised us to get coolant which the truck took 1& a half gallons & told us the would take it to an mechanic as soon as possible. We did. Thank you ALL for being so friendly, kind & knowledgeable.
