Have banked here for over 20 years. Refused entry to safe deposit box on 5 occasions. Ask for a credit, then they are now closing my accounts. Thanks for the hassle!!!

Asked basic questions on how to change my spending limit. Teller got mad at me and started being short and dismissive. I’m only asking questions never raised my voice or had any demeanor.

They took an Income Tax Refund Check and claimed it was fraudulent. They closed the account and will not refund the money that was deposited with them back. They have done this to many other customers.
